Due to intermittent communications problems the following files were either
submitted incomplete or submitted late:

doy 00238: MAS1, PERT, VILL, KIRU, KOUR
doy 00239: KOUR, KIRU, PERT ,VILL
doy 00240: KOUR, KIRU, PERT, VILL
doy 00241: KOUR, KIRU, MAS1, PERT, VILL

If you have versions of these files from before August 29th then they are
probably incomplete files missing a number of complete hours during the day.
