We set March 17 as the due day and many thanks to those of you who beat the deadline. See the following link for the current list of submissions: http://techinfo.jpl.nasa.gov/igs/files/99_Technical_Reports/ A number of people have notified me that they are planning to submit their contribution within the next week, thank-you very much for the messages. We hope to do better this year in getting the technical reports printed and distributed in a much more timely fashion, and I appreciate everyone's help in this. The CB is trying to do both the Technical Report and the Annual Report at the same time, so it is challenging for us too. If anyone has a particular difficulty in meeting the schedule, or if you are listed as an proposed author, and do NOT intend to submit, please let me know, so I can apply pressure delicately. The Governing Board is especially intent that all recognized components of the IGS report this year. If you missed a submission for last year, you can cover progress or details for both years (1998 & 1999) in the 1999 Technical Reports.
