Dear colleagues:

The following IGS stations (of those processed by CODE) seem to track 
the GPS satellites only down to an elevation angle of about 15 degrees:

  HARK
  HOB2
  KERG
  KOUR
  LPGS
  MALI
  MATE
  MAW1
  NOTO
  PENC
  RIOG
  THTI

It would be very much appreciated if the responsible station managers 
could decrease the elevation cut-off angle (see also IGS Mail 1705).
