USNO data reported to the IGS for DOY 299 are for the TurboRogue receiver and cover up to about 19:00 UCT. Beginning with DOY 300, USNO data will be using the ACT receiver; the data download and RINEX translation procedures for USNO will conform to the recommendations of IGS Mail 2320 (24 June 1999) for handling mixed receiver types.
