RE: IGS Mail Message no. 2243 of 25-APR-99

We confirm that the major problem to download the data from TR also occurred
at our station PETP at exactly the same time as at Canadian stations:
25-APR-99, 13:00:30 UT.

Three other IGS stations of RDAAC/IRIS/JPL (YAKZ, TIXI, and MAG0) do not
experience such problem. They are equipped with the Ashtech Z-12.

We suppose that the problem can be overcome with some version of the firmware.
