The sample rate of the GPS TurboRogue receiver at Pie Town, New
Mexico, will be changed temporarily from 30 seconds to 15 seconds
between February 22 - 25, 1993. After the February 25 the sample rate
at Pie Town will revert to 30 seconds again.
