Subject: Communication problems

Due to communication problems we could not
get and distribute the data from the GPS
Permanent Stations WTZR, LHAS, REYK, OHIG
and ANKR day 085 (1997-MAR-26) until day
091 (1997-APR-01) as usual. A malfunctioning
X25-switch disturbed our communication-lines
and interrupted all TCP/IP and Internet-FTP
connections every about 5 minutes.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

All data (except OHIG) are available.
