Subject: German Network Problem

Since 24-Feb-1997 IfAG has an Internet problem from IfAG to foreign countries
and vice versa. The connection within Germany is fine.
RINEX data files for day of year 051 - 056 are available at our department
in Leipzig, which operates as backup for our data center.

IfAG and the German Internet provider are working on the problem.
