The folloing data is lost because of trouble of power 
supply to the cesium clock.

    Site       :   TSKB
    Lost data  :   from  DOY 020  UT 5:40
                   to    DOY 021  UT 3:00

The clock is possibly unstable during 3:00-6:00 on DOY 021.
We recommend not to use this part of the data to make sure.
