Subject: ESOC power off on 28/10/95.

On Saturday 28/10/95 a power off interrupted the operation
of the equipment that retrieves and distributes the data
of our GPS receivers. On Sunday 29/10/95 the situation
went back to normal and all the data of MAS1, KOUR, KIRU
PERT and VILL were distributed to the data centers.
