Subject: RCM5 receiver status

The Turbo Rogue receiver was not tracking since Aug. 19. The
preliminary diagnosis indicates the problem might be the DCA.
A replacement set of Turbo Rogue is sent to Richmond and
will be setup on Aug. 22. The station should be back to normal
operation on that day.
