Subject: ESOC communications status.

On 25/07/95 the communications problems that we
have experienced since last week finished with
the replacement and reconfiguration of a local 
P.A.D. 

All the data stored in our stations have been 
retrieved and distributed to the data centres.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We are currently
working on a back-up procedure involving completely
different hardware.
