Subject: Data communication problems at ESOC

Starting on DOY 198 we are experienced hardware problems
with the equipment that allows us the downloading of
the following receivers: KOUR, KIRU, PERT and VILL.
We are working on this problem and hope to have soon
a solution. We are also considering a new back-up system
to avoid this problem happening again.
