After many iterations, the paper has been finalized. I have placed a PDF of the submitted paper on the CDDIS Web site at: http://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/posppr_proceedings_final.pdf The goal of changing the way we flow data from station to data center to user is to ensure we keep data flowing in the event of a data center outage as well as ensure that all data centers are archiving the same version of the data (which has become a problem when revisions are provided by the stations). I would encourage all data center contacts to read the paper. Although we are past the point of changing this paper, I would like to see some dialogue generated within the working group on the concepts outlined here. We would like to begin testing these procedures, involving a few data centers at various levels and a small subset of the IGS network.
