 3. REMARKS:

  From this week the GLONASS orbits are referenced to IGS00, coinciding
  with the GPS product switch to the new IGS realisation of ITRF2000.

  From this week and until further notice ESOC is processing a 3 day arc of 
  which the middle day is the day for which a solution is needed.  This is a    
  change from a 5 day arc which had been tested from wk1065 to wk1143.

  Introduced 8 new GPS/GLONASS stations in the ESOC processing:
    bogi, wtzj, titz, leij, helj, unb1, hueg, unfe
  These have been found to have data reliably at least three weeks after 
  the observation date.  Initial coordinates were taken from SIF or RINEX
  headers, one week of normal equations were then combined to estimate more 
  accurate coordinates.
