The NPL R100 NPLE now appears to be giving correctly ordered Rinex and BIPM files, after some initial data problems (which confused me). Running COF, DEFRAG and SCANDISK repeatedly seems to have solved the problem after all, as suggested by Philippe Moussay. As far as I can tell, the last 10 days' data has been correct. If the problem recurs, I'll work through the other suggestions.
