Dear colleagues

The CSIR receiver is now performing as intended by the manufacturer (or at least, it seems so). All available data for the period 1999-12-31 to 2000-02-01 is being uploaded to cddisa.gsfc.nasa.gov and should be available soon. The data is highly fragmente
d due to the problems with the year rollover as well as batch process problems at the CSIR site. The data quality may also be questionable.

Just for the record the following:
- A patch was received from 3S Nav on 2000-01-17 and installed on the CSIR receiver the same day
- New software was received from 3S Nav on 2000-01-26 and installed on 2000-01-28 on the CSIR receiver.
- From 2000-01-28 to 2000-02-02 batch processing problems occurred at the CSIR.
- From 2000-02-02 everything should be running normally.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards

Louis Marais
