So between DOY 258 and DOY 308 of 1999, the data sample rate of the rinex files is 10 seconds and the dates reference system (GPS or GLONASS) is not clear. (GPS and GLONASS observations do not occur at the same time there is an offset of 13 seconds.) Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by all this.
