PROCESSING STRATEGY:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The analysis was done by fixing the GPS orbits and Earth rotation parameters
to the CODE final GPS solution.

- The orbital parameters for the GLONASS satellites were estimated using double
difference phase observations (including double differences between GLONASS
and GPS satellites). Six initial conditions and nine radiation pressure para-
meters per satellite were determined. No pseudo-stochastic pulses have been
  introduced up to now.

- So far only receivers providing dual frequency GPS and GLONASS or dual fre-
quency GLONASS measurements were included in the solution.

- The daily orbit results stem from the middle day of a 5-day arc.

- The satellite clock values included in the precise orbit files are broadcast
clock values for the GLONASS satellites (no improvement done so far) and
precise CODE estimates for the GPS satellites.

- The following sites are constrained to their ITRF96 coordinates:

Remarks: - These RMS values may be too optimistic, because we fit the middle
days of 5-day arcs with a 7-day arc.
          - The 5-day arcs of GLONASS satellite no. 106 were split up between
DOY 251/252 and DOY 252/253 due to satellite modeling problems.
