Solution Strategy
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
 - Software: GIPSY/OASIS II.
 - Data:
   Undifferenced dual frequency pseudorange and carrier phase measurement.
 - Orbit arc length:
   For each day, 72 hours of data are processed to solve for a 30-hour long
   orbit arc solution.
 - Procedures:
   1. Solve for station position, receiver clock and tropospheric delay
      from GPS data by fixing GPS orbit and transmitter clock;
   2. Solve for GLONASS orbit and transmitter clock from GLONASS data
      by fixing the station position to the solution of step 1, also
      solved are position of the stations that track GLONASS only,
      receiver clock bias between GPS and GLONASS tracking, and
      tropospheric delay.
 - Parameters:
   - GPS orbit and clock: fixed to the JPL IGS/FLINN solution;
   - GLONASS orbit: 6 initial states, global solar radiation scale, Y-bias,
                    plus stochastic variation of radiation scale factor
                    in body-fixed X and Z direction, and Y-bias;
   - GLONASS clock: white noise bias at each measurement time;
   - Station position: static over the orbit solution period;
   - Tropospheric zenith delay: random walk process;
   - Receiver clock: white noise bias at each measurement time;
   - Receiver clock bias between GPS and GLONASS tracking:
     random walk process.
 - Reference clock for GLONASS:
   Clocks of following stations, as determined in the Point Positioning
   solution from GPS data in procedure step 1, are chosen as the reference
   clocks:

ORBIT OVERLAP ERROR (CM)
------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Orbit error is computed based on 6 hours of overlapping orbit:

              24 hours       3 hours
   ---|---------------------|---
                         ---|----------------------|---
                     3 hours         24 hours

 3D mean rms = sqrt((rms_x**2 + rms_y**2 + rms_z**2)/3)

In the solution of each day, a site may be a Fiducial site,
a Regular site, or a GPS site.
  F -- Fiducial site, solved from GPS data and held fixed in GLO OD;
  R -- Regular site, solved from the GLO data with GLO OD;
  G -- GPS site, solved from GPS data, not involved in GLO OD;
