Dear colleagues,
If processing IGEX data please note that all the data from the following
russian points:
EKAT    days  013 - 035,
YAKT             011 - 067,
MAGD            013 - 069,
PKST              016 - 045,
SVT3              005 - 039,
is on ftp server igs.ifag.de.
Also, take into account that the SVT3 data should be given only from
this ftp server.
