Subject: GLONASS satellite enters service

The last of the three GLONASS satellites launched on 30 December
entered service on 17 February. Users will find the satellite in
almanac 1 transmitting channel 2. The first two satellites entered
service on 29 January - we now have 15 operating GLONASS satellites
with 1 spare.
