Dear colleagues,

in the station ntz1 (Neustrelitz) were modified the
     
   log file and
   RINEX converter program   (message no 0087).

The new logfile is available since 17-Dec-1998 in
 
   ftp://lareg.ensg.ign.fr/pub/igex/ntz19812.log.

With the modification of the converter program are changed the header of the
observation files from day 356

    Receiver name: TeCom L1/L2 ANTENNA   -->   TeCom 3S W/O CR
