Subject: BRUG : receiver software update


Dear Colleagues,

On October 21 the receiver software of the R100 receiver in Brussels
has been updated from Vers 5.0 to Vers 5.1.  After a few tests, 
the R100 resumed normal operations. An updated site log has been 
forwarded to the network coordinator.
The data gathered on October 21 have not been forwarded to the BKG 
data center.
